Betty Cecilia Scharback passed away on July 31st, 2015, at the Woodlands Regency Assisted Care facility in Salem, Oregon. Finally she is at peace and in a far better place. She was born in Mt Angel Oregon, on March 17th, 1925, one of nine children. She moved to Salem in 1940, where she began working in the food service industry....
