In Loving Memory of William "Bill" R. Quinn

Bill Quinn, of Keizer, Oregon, passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on November 11, 1961, in Salem Oregon, Bill brought light and joy to all who knew him and will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for his friends and family.

Bill was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Llonni to whom he loved so dearly. He was a cherished father to his two sons, Billy (Kelly), Anthony (Jessie), and his daughter, Kelsey. He was a proud grandfather to his three grandchildren Isla, Remi, and Wallace. Bill was a loving son to his mother, Jean Quinn and a wonderful older brother to Paul (Rebecca), Tom, and Jim (Jensine). He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Quinn.

Born and raised in Keizer Oregon, he attended McNary High School where he was an athlete in soccer and track and field before achieving his degree in Business Management from Oregon State University. Professionally, he found his niche as an auto claims manager, a career through which he positively impacted colleagues that soon became longtime friends.

A devoted volunteer and coach, Bill poured his heart into Keizer Little League Baseball and Keizer Youth Basketball, inspiring young athletes with his enthusiasm and support. His personal passions brought joy to many-attending over 55 Blue Öyster Cult concerts and hosting lively tailgate gatherings for Oregon State football games reflected his zest for life. His love of professional wrestling brought friends and family together, and his adventurous spirit took him on many camping trips in and around the Detroit Lake area and the Oregon Coast, as well as peaceful moments fishing. A regular at Starbucks with his loving wife, Bill and Llonni, found joy in simple moments that were shared with close friends.

Above all, The Big BQ will be remembered for the love, laughter, and practical jokes he brought into the world while usually quoting lines from "Caddyshack." His dedication to family, friends, and community leaves an unforgettable mark on all who had the opportunity to know him. He will be profoundly missed but lovingly celebrated.

The family invites you to celebrate Bill's life during a memorial service on May 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, to be held at Keizer Civic Center, 930 Chemawa RD NE.

May he rest in eternal peace.
