Tammy was born in Middletown, Connecticut, to Linda Ireland and Robert Zagorski on August 22nd, 1960. She married Tony Tesch on August 9th, 1986 in. She served in the United States Air Force from 1981-1985.
Tammy is survived by her spouse Tony Tesch, her daughter Michelle Boltz, of Portland, Oregon, her grandsons Isiah Hurtado-Shore, Ethan Hurtado-Shore, Uriel Gallardo-shore and granddaughter Idalin Hurtado, of Kiezer, Oregon.
Memorials contributions may be given to Sacred Heart Church in Gervais, Oregon.
Rosary services will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Sacred Heart Church in Gervais, Oregon.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Sacred Heart Church in Gervais, Oregon.
Arrangements are by Keizer Funeral Chapel.
