Ryan Lee Wilson died unexpectedly on May 30, 2021 at the age of 21.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Malee Joann Wilson, his father, Shawn Wilson (Molly McGuirk), and his brother, Cory Travis Lacey.
Ryan was born in Salem, Oregon on May 23, 2000 to his proud parents. He graduated from Roberson High School, attended Chemeketa Community College, and was a former member of the Boy Scouts of American Pack 112.
Ryan was devoted to his family and friends, making sure he told and showed them he cared. He loved hanging out with his people watching comedy movies, building computers, kayaking, going to the shooting range, making plans for his own business, and plotting out his future travel adventures. Ryan’s laugh was infectious and his smile would light up the room. His giving and gentle spirit touched many people and Ryan will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Gathering Place: A Small Venue in Keizer, OR for family members and friends. In lieu of flowers or gifts we are asking for donations to be made to the below gofundme page. Any money above and beyond funeral expenses will be given to a local non-profit charity that helps teens and young adults with addiction and mental health issues.
