Kim Poindexter

Kim Sharlene Poindexter, 64, of Keizer OR passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Septemeber 11, 2021.
Kim was an Oregon native born on November 17, 1956 to the late Elmer Reede and Ruby Reede. She was married to the love of her life, Paul Poindexter, for thirtey three years. They raised three beautiful children and she touched the lives of many throughout her community.
Her contagious smile and good cooking will be missed immensly. She is proceeded in death by her parents Elmer and Ruth Reede, biological mother Ruby Hanson Reede, and two brothers: Bill Reede, Dick (Ethel) Reede.
Kim is survived in death by her husband, Paul Poindexter; Daughter, Amanda Ebersole (Eugene); Sons, Max Poindexter (Nicole), Sam Poindexter (Mandee); her greatest joys in life her grandchildren, Silas, Kade, and Brynlee; beloved siblings Tana Jensen and Terry Reede (Hang); and estranged sister Julie Reede.
A private memorial service will be held on September 16, 2021. In leiu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society
