George Fredrick Baylor, 92, of Keizer, Oregon, passed away May 16th, 2024, in Keizer, Oregon. George is survived by his best friend and loving wife, Billie Colleen Baylor (Carter), three children, five grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
George was born in Talent, Oregon of Karl Ira Baylor and Jenny Isabel Baylor (Devoe) on February 22nd, 1932.
George and Billie married on March 17th, 1952. They have two daughters, Shannon Lee Blensly of San Diego, California and Nancy Marie Houglum of Klamath Falls, Oregon and one son, John Richard Baylor of Keizer, Oregon.
George attended Talent Grade and High School. He was a member of the Elks. George was self-employed and enjoyed walking and video games.
George was grumpy but kind and will forever be remembered for the love and care that he gave his family.
