KEIZER - Great grandmother, grandmother, mother, friend, loving wife.Flo had 3 children and they in turn gave her 4 grandchildren. Chuck Spicer, 2 children, Josh and Tyler; Randy & Cyndi Small, 1 child, Myndi; Eric Ruud, 1 child, Karli. Florine & Donald Oglevie met and married June 11, 1987, the family grew to 11 children, 26 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Florine possessed the love and had the tenacity to draw them all into the "Circle of Love" that surrounded them and they returned that love and cherished her.
