Elizabeth Rudeen Dobbs Estacio was born in San Diego, California, on September 27, 1942. She was born to Thelma Thomas Dobbs and Bud Dobbs. Elizabeth had 11 brothers and sisters: Arthur Gene, Clarabelle, Reba Joyce, Jess Willard, Leon, Bonnie, Carol, Janita, Marian Kaye, Geary, and Billie Ray.
Elizabeth married Albert Estacio on September 9, 1961 in Nipomo California. Together they created a loving family of four children, Pamela Sue, Daniel Albert, David Manuel, and Julie Ann. Together they have ten grandchildren: Christopher Paul Dunning, Jennifer Lynne Harvey, James Albert Dunning, Eric Daniel Estacio, Nicholas George Estacio, Andrew Manuel Estacio, Matthew Paul Estacio, Reece Stanley Chapman, Liam Cross Chapman, and Case Bryan Sutton. They also have two great-grandchildren, Micah James Dunning and Emma Grace Dunning. Their family was loving extended to include Paul Joseph Dunning, Albert Alexander Ray, Pamela Fern Estacio, Georgina Louise Estacio, David Bryan Sutton and Amy Settle Estacio, Ashley Elizabeth Dunning, Richard Harvey, Lorinda Lynn Dunning.
Elizabeth graduated from Arroyo Grande Highschool in 1960 and worked as a bookkeeper for 2 years before settling into life as a loving homemaker and mother. She served as the president of the PTA, volunteered for school and sports activities for her children and later became a baker and cook all while keeping a loving home. She and Albert spent the first 15 years of their marriage in the Bay Area of California before moving to Roseburg, Oregon in 1976. They were very active in their Church and in the agricultural community around Roseburg. In 1989 they moved to Maui, Hawaii for 3 years where they made life-long friends before returning to Roseburg. They moved to Tigard Oregon in 1994 and then to Turner Oregon in 2004.
In later years Elizabeth taught Bonsai classes at Terra Gardens Nursery in Salem for several years. She loved gardening, especially Bonsai, crafting, sewing and spending time with family and friends. Elizabeth loved collecting antiques of all kinds and she truly loved collecting seashells and beautiful rocks which Albert would tumble and polish for her. Her greatest joy though was annually to create the most magical Christmas she and Albert could for their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents Thelma Thomas Dobbs and Bud Dobbs, her step-father Williard Cummins, her siblings Arthur Gene, Clarabelle, Reba Joyce, Carol and Geary and two son in-laws Paul Joseph Dunning and Albert Alexander Ray.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband Albert, her siblings Jess Williard, Leon, Bonnie, Janita, Marian Kaye and Billie Ray, her children Pam Ray, Daniel Estacio, David Estacio and Julie Sutton, her grand-children Christopher Paul Dunning, Jennifer Lynne Harvey, James Albert Dunning, Eric Daniel Estacio, Nicholas George Estacio, Andrew Manuel Estacio, Matthew Paul Estacio, Reece Stanley Chapman, Liam Cross Chapman, and Case Bryan Sutton, her great grandchildren Micah James Dunning and Emma Grace Dunning and close family and loved ones , Pamela Fern Estacio, Georgina Louise Estacio, David Bryan Sutton, Amy Settle Estacio, Ashley Elizabeth Dunning, Richard Harvey, and Lorinda Lynn Dunning.
Elizabeth passed peacefully on January 7, 2024 at her home at Tierra Rose Retirement Center, she was 81.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in the name of the Estacio family to the Machado-Joseph Disease Foundation.
