Barbara Ann Dunn Silver Milian was born on July 9th, 1939 to Roy and Catherine Dunn. Barbara passed away February 8th, 2026. She Lived in Philadelphia, PA until she was 11, then the family moved to Maple Shade, NJ. Barbara had such fond memories growing up with her cousins, sister, and brother. She had many aunts and uncles, who she loved being around as well as her grandparents.
Barbara lived in the South Jersey area her whole life until 2004. In 2004, she moved to Dallas, Oregon to be near her daughter Leeann, son-in-law Kevin, grandson's Jakob and Noah Tarter. She had the best time watching them grow into men and had a very close relationship with them. One of her favorite things to do was to come over to our house to watch Sunday football. Barbara loved going to the Jersey shore. She started going there as a young child and continued that tradition with her kids and grandkids. Her children are Leeann Tarter, Kevin Tarter (son-in-law), Timothy Silver, Roy Silver, Richard Silver and a daughter-in-law, Athena Silver. She is preceded in death by Roy and Catherine Dunn (parents) and Edward and Michael Silver (sons). Her siblings are Kathy Crisefi (sister), Roy Dunn (brother) and Barbara Dunn (sister-in-law) Barbara has 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Her children were the center of her world and she remained devoted to them, never hesitating to stand beside them though life's challenges. She raised 6 children on her own and did and amazing job at it. We will never forget the sacrifices she made for us, and was always there for our wants.
There will be a memorial service held on July 18th, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady Of Perpetual
